What you would do as our Finance Manager
As a Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial health of our organization. You will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, developing strategies to improve financial performance, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

You would also:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance department, prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts and develop and implement financial policies and procedures.

• Monitor and manage cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.

• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.

The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who:

• Has Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's preferred).

• Has proven experience as a Finance Manager (min. 5 years) and strong knowledge of financial principles and practices.

• Is proficient in financial software and tools, has excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Has strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
