Pro náš výrobní závod v Plzni hledáme kolegu/kolegyni na pozici Production Control & Logistics Manager.

Pracovní náplň:

  • Plnění plánu BWA, KPI (corporate indicators) a cílů (local indicators) svých oblastí závodu HPP Plzeň
  • Reporting definovaných ukazatelů na ředitele závodu a logistics directora
  • Operativní činnosti spojené s chodem jednotlivých oblastí
  • Efektivní rozvoj svěřených oblastí podle trendů automotive a požadavků zákazníka
  • Vede a pravidelně aktualizuje akční plán sloužící k rozvoji svého oddělení
  • Vede a motivuje kolektiv zaměstnanců
  • Hledání a realizace úspor napříč odděleními a podílení se na tvorbě a plnění RB pointu
  • Vytváření a optimalizace prostředí pro realizaci stanovených cílů
  • Návrhy na optimalizaci organizačních struktur
  • Dodržování BOZP
  • Zefektivňování a popis procesů

Požadujeme:

  • VŠ, případně SŠ vzdělání
  • Minimálně 3 roky praxe na obdobné pozici (min. 2 roky automobilový průmysl podmínkou)
  • Pokročilá znalost anglického jazyka a/nebo německého jazyka
  • Velmi dobrá znalost MS Office
  • Znalost systému SAP, VISIO apod.
  • Znalost logistických a výrobních procesů
  • Zkušenosti s vedením týmu
