The Team
The Corporate Data & Analytics (CD&A) team is seeking a Staff Program Manager to drive strategic programs and cross-functional initiatives. As a Staff Program Manager, you'll partner with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality data products and insights that power decision-making across Enverus. This role bridges strategy and execution - aligning data initiatives with business priorities while shaping the long-term roadmap of the organization's analytics capabilities.
Performance Objectives
- Manage strategic programs that enhance the company's data infrastructure, analytics capabilities, self-service reporting capabilities, and overall data-driven decision-making.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Technology, Sales and Customer Success teams to prioritize programs, define metrics, and ensure timely, coordinated execution.
- Establish and execute scalable operational frameworks for intake, prioritization, and delivery of data requests.
- Contribute to data quality and process improvement initiatives to increase trust and accessibility of data across Enverus.
- Act as a bridge between business and technical stakeholders, translating requirements into actionable workstreams and ensuring clarity of ownership and outcomes.
- Support change management and stakeholder alignment as the CD&A team rolls out new tools, pipelines, and models.
Competitive Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of program or project management experience, including 2+ years supporting data, analytics, or engineering teams at a SaaS or technology company.
- Proven success in cross-functional program leadership involving technical and non-technical business stakeholders.
- Strong familiarity with tools and platforms including JIRA and Snowflake
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills to bring clarity, structure, and accountability to complex initiatives.
- Understanding of data lifecycle management, from ingestion and transformation to analytics and insights delivery.
- Experience implementing Agile, Kanban, or hybrid delivery models in a data or analytics context.
- Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments, balancing strategic vision with tactical execution.
- Familiarity with SQL and Python is an asset
- Familiarity with dbt, PowerBI and Hex is an asset
