Job Description Summary

As a Junior Data Administrator supporting our CEE business, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and accessibility of our property-related data. You will work closely with the commercial team to collect and update data in our internal databases, actively communicate with clients and business partners, and collaborate with the Research team to verify and validate information. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help maintain the quality of our data and support timely, insightful reporting.

This role also involves maintaining and updating content on our internal and external platforms, as well as identifying opportunities to improve data processes. A curiosity for technical areas—such as monitoring website functionality, analyzing campaign performance, or exploring tools like AI—would be a welcome addition as we strengthen our digital and data capabilities.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update and maintain property and market data in internal databases based on input from the commercial team.

  • Communicate with clients and external partners to verify and gather relevant data.

  • Actively search for and validate market information from various sources.

  • Collaborate with the Research team to ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports.

  • Support the maintenance and updating of content on internal systems and external websites.

  • Assist with ad-hoc data requests and contribute to data-driven projects at both local and EMEA levels.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and support initiatives that enhance data quality and efficiency.
     

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and Czech

  • Confident user of Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong attention to detail and a structured, diligent work style.

  • Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

  • Curiosity and a proactive attitude toward learning and problem-solving.

  • Interest or aptitude in technical topics such as website management, automation tools, or AI is a plus.
