This internship is full-time cooperation for few months.

As a Garrett Engineer Strategy intern your responsibilities can include these activities:

• Manage a project on your own including the 3 pillars of program management: timing, cost and scope in collaboration w/ other Garrett employees or other interns.

• Develop a knowledge management strategy investigating ways or conducting research to improve key processes.

• Develop a learning strategy on key engineering journeys that will enable effective learning that are directly applicable to projects.

• Apply analytical skills across a variety of situations to understand root cause analysis for business problems, define business outcomes and how to achieve them, as well as drive key change initiatives.

DESIRABLE BACKGROUND:

• Student pursuing an Engineering degree w/ preference on Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Materials-Structures / Aerodynamics / Automotive

• A team player personality who likes to learn and wants to achieve her goals together with others

• Experience with fundamental engineering concepts including Microsoft, CAD, FEA & CFD software packages

• Member of a Formula Student racing team is a plus

• Self-motivated, flexible, independent

• Good communication skills in both written and spoken English

• Duration: 3-6months
