The E-powertrain engineering intern will work on cutting-edge electrified powertrain, working on project: Three phase inverter system model development
The work will involve:
During the internship, the selected candidate will be driving the following activities:
- Develop a three-phase inverter model in GT Suite environment
- General model building from existing schematics
- Integration of basic control approach
- Model validation and calibration
- Validate losses results against reference data
- Integrate model with Simulink control
- Add Simulink harness and modify control model has needed
- Demonstrate Model in the loop capability
Desirable BACKGROUND:
- Student in last year of Electrical Engineering
- Basic knowledge of 1D simulation tools (GT-Suite preferred)
- Good knowledge of power electronics
- Great written and spoken English
- Flexible, Independent working ability
- Duration: 6 months
