Job Description:The Greenery Project Manager designs outdoor spaces, ensuring compliance with internal standards and managing tenders. Key responsibilities include overseeing greenery maintenance, supporting forest refurbishment, and promoting ESG practices.

• Designing outdoor spaces for new construction: active communication with project managers, external architects and designers from the beginning of project. Making sure greenery projects are in line with internal standards. Preparing documentation for tenders, communicating with suppliers, and supervising the quality of all the works.
• Refurbishment of current greener (actively searching for improvements to level up the standard).
• Project management - greenery.
• Management of greenery maintenance (inspection, preparation of documentation, opex).
• Cooperation with other departments.
• Working on forest refurbishment in cooperation with forester.
• Creating spaces beneficial for ESG.
• Educating colleagues- creating presentations, consultancy.
