YOUR TASKSWe are seeking a visionary and dynamic Product Manager Integration to lead our cross-products and services solution and make sure we integrate them in a meaningful and efficient way. This is a pivotal role responsible for shaping the future of our product portfolio, driving innovation, and accelerating our growth trajectory in a rapidly evolving digital construction landscape.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own the definition, communication, and execution of product integration strategy and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with ALLPLAN's vision to deliver industry-leading, AI-driven, and cloud-enabled BIM solutions that empower architects, engineers, and construction professionals.
- Engage deeply with customers, prospects, and cross-functional teams to anticipate market needs and translate them into innovative workflows and frameworks across our comprehensive product suite.
- Conduct rigorous market and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and emerging opportunities, ensuring ALLPLAN remains at the forefront of digital transformation in the AEC industry.
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional partners to drive successful product delivery, including business model innovation, pricing strategy, and userbase expansion.
- Monitor industry developments, regulatory changes, and technological advancements to proactively manage risk and capitalize on new opportunities.
- Champion a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the product management organization.
- Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
4–6 years of progressive leadership experience in product management, strategic analysis, or management consulting within the technology or AEC software sectors. - Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing, cross-functional teams to deliver multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated expertise in the technology landscape, with a strong grasp of BIM, cloud-based collaboration, and digital transformation trends in the construction industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear, actionable strategies for diverse audiences.
- Advanced analytical skills, including proficiency in data analysis, financial modeling, and market research.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are advantageous.
