Purpose of the job

As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the complete delivery of projects—from initial briefing to final invoicing—focused on supplying and installing retail equipment and furniture. You will coordinate all phases of the project, ensuring timely completion, high quality, and adherence to budget. Projects will include full store installations or smaller reorders according to clients wishes.

You will act as the main point of contact for clients and collaborate with internal teams (Production, Warehouse, Logistics, Installation team) to achieve the best result.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong and lasting relationships with clients and act as their primary contact.
• Take detailed client briefs and communicate the important information to internal teams.
• Ensure clear understanding of client requirements and provide regular project updates.
• Plan and manage transport, unloading, and installation schedules.
• Monitor project progress to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Prepare orders, control costs, and handle invoicing after project completion.
• Apply project management methodologies and ensure ERP system accuracy.
• Implement new methods and procedures as needed.
• Support Account Directors and Managers in identifying new business opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.
• Measure customer satisfaction and take action to exceed expectations.

Knowledge, Skills + Experience

• Professional experience in project management, client services, retail development, logistics, or business administration.
• Strong project management skills: organization, planning, attention to detail, multitasking, and deadline management.
• Commercial awareness and numeracy.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude.
• Professional, courteous, and calm under stress.
• Ability understand floorplans.
• Confident and approachable in meetings.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
• Experience working within contracted environments with SLAs and KPIs.
• Logical and analytical thinking; problem-solving and process optimization.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• English and Czech at a professional level (spoken and written).
• Dedicated, loyal, and client-service focused.
• Knowledge of materials and ability to read architectural floor plans would be advantageous.
• Previous experience in retail installation projects would be advantageous.
• Experience with and ERP systems is a plus.
