ABOUT THE JOB

As our Project Director, you will:

  • Lead multidisciplinary project teams, including project managers, engineers, site supervisors, and procurement specialists.
  • Oversee each phase of the project, from engineering through commissioning, ensuring high-quality delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Act as a key link between engineering, operations, procurement, and site execution, aligning projects with company strategy and performance goals.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify and manage risks, drive solutions, and make confident decisions in a complex and international project landscape.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the project portfolio.

ABOUT YOU

We imagine our ideal candidate would:

  • Hold a master's degree in engineering (e.g. mechanical, industrial, civil, or electrical), industrial sciences, or an equivalent technical discipline. Project management certifications (PMP, IPMA, PRINCE2) are considered a plus.
  • Bring min. 8 years of experience managing complex, high-value EPC or technical projects across various disciplines, including mechanical, electrical, and automation scopes.
  • Have a strong track record in international B2B industrial environments, with experience navigating cross-border execution and global stakeholder (customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams) coordination.
  • Have in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with project management methodologies and tools, including budgeting, scheduling, contract handling, risk mitigation, KPI tracking, and resource planning.
  • Demonstrate maturity in leading negotiations, managing customer relationships, handling commercial discussions, resolving conflicts, and maintaining long-term partnerships with both customers and subcontractors.
