As a Social Advertising Lead, you will shape and drive the marketing strategy for our paid social initiatives, leading their development, implementation, and ongoing optimization - while managing and growing a team who will report directly to you.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid social initiatives across multiple markets to deliver growth at targeted ROI and COS.
  • Manage Paid Social channel accounts, ensuring smooth operations including platform changes, account structure, credit lines, and external partner cooperation.
  • Oversee daily campaign management from ad creation, testing, and optimization to budget allocation and performance reporting.
  • Manage and mentor a team, setting clear goals, providing guidance, and ensuring their professional growth.
  • Drive automation and AI-led solutions (e.g. Meta feeds, automation tools, Meta Pixel, S2S tracking) to scale efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholdersto align strategies across markets and support wider business and marketing initiatives.
  • Contribute to the overall GLAMI growth strategy through testing, knowledge sharing, and participation in industry events and webinars.
  • Conduct market research and trend analysis to continuously refine strategies and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Build and execute partnerships with relevant local platforms, ensuring GLAMI is present and competitive across all key channels.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 4+ years of experience in social advertising, leading strategy, execution, and optimization of large-scale international or nationwide e-commerce campaigns with focus on ROI and COS.
  • Strong analytical skills with theability to interpret complex data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Hands-on expertise with Meta Pixel, S2S event tracking (CAPI), and feed management.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively, solve problems, and manage ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong ownership mindset with a proactive approach and willingness to go the extra mile.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Proven experience in managing and mentoring teams, setting clear goals, and ensuring accountability in day-to-day operations.
  • Interest in AI-driven solutions and automation, with a passion for building streamlined, scalable, and clean processes.
  • Familiarity with external marketing platforms such as ROI Hunter and analytics/BI tools (e.g., GA4, Tableau) is a plus.
  • Experience with additional performance channels (e.g., Google Ads) is an advantage.
