Job Description:

The Community Manager enhances the business ecosystem to drive resident growth and retention in the CTPark Network by identifying needs and building strong stakeholder relationships.

They organize community activities and events while collaborating closely with various departments.

  • Responsible for improving the business ecosystem resulting in growth of our residents (i.e. tenants), improved resident retention rates and attracting new residents to the CTPark Network.
  • Identifies needs of CTP residents and pro-actively follows through to meet direct and indirect demands and wishes whereby increasing CTP brand loyalty.
  • Builds strong relationships with residents, external organizations (like cities, universities, schools, neighbors and or other stakeholders), and colleagues.
  • Communication with residents physically, digitally, formally and informally.
  • Initiates a wide range of activities to build a strong and sought-after community including but not limited to surveys, educational workshops with (external) speakers, open days for local communities, events and sports activities connecting residents and employees, etc.
  • Liaises very closely with CTP colleagues from various departments especially business development, property & facility management, marketing, and peers in other parks within the CTPark Network
