In this role, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data on market trends, customer behavior, and competitive products to inform and support our product marketing strategies. As a Product Marketing Analyst, you will conduct market research, analyze sales data, and monitor competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats. You will help develop go-to-market strategies, create "customer personas", and support the creation of marketing materials by providing data-driven insights. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth of our products and brand while developing your skills in product marketing and analytics.

• Your analytical skills will be crucial in evaluating the success of marketing campaigns and product launches, and you will be expected to present your findings and recommendations to senior management.
• You should have strong analytical and communication skills, experience with data analysis tools, and a solid understanding of marketing principles.
• You should be comfortable working with large datasets, interpreting complex information, and translating data into actionable insights.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.

• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
• Analyze sales and customer data to support marketing strategies and product positioning.
• Monitor competitor products and marketing activities.
• Develop customer personas and segmentation models.
• Support the development and execution of go-to-market strategies.
• Collaborate with product and sales teams to align messaging and strategy.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and product launches.
• Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders, including senior management.
• Provide data-driven recommendations for marketing and product strategy.
• Assist in the creation of marketing materials by delivering actionable insights.

• Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in market research or data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interpret and present complex data.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with marketing principles and strategies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience with CRM or marketing automation tools is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal command of English.
