Job Description:The Project Manager in Warranty Claims identifies construction defects, resolves complaints, and ensures compliance with technical standards.
They propose solutions, oversee building handovers, and maintain records, collaborating with purchasing, construction, and legal departments.
  • Searching for the causes of construction defects.
  • Resolving complaints and communication with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Control of compliance with technical procedures and standards.
  • Suggest a method of eliminating defects in accordance with the contract.
  • Taking over buildings.
  • Responsibility for the technical solution leading to the elimination of the claimed defect.
  • Records and reporting in the internal system
  • Close cooperation with purchasing, construction and legal departments
  • Coordination of internal projects, preparation of price offers
