Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and identifying areas for improvement within the organization.

Job Responsibility:
1. Conducting data analysis to understand business trends and identify opportunities for growth.
2. Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
3. Developing process maps, workflows, and other documentation to facilitate business process improvements.
4. Participating in project planning and ensuring timely delivery of projects.
5. Providing insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis.

Candidate Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
2. Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
5. Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
6. Ability to work well in a team and independently.
7. Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) is a plus.
