Join Similarweb's MIS (Management Information Systems) team in Prague and help us build and scale internal systems that power operations across HR, Finance, Legal, and GTM.

We're looking for a IT Business Analyst, someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, architecture, and process design—and who's excited to bring structure and innovation to complex internal workflows. This is a hands-on, highly technical role where you'll spend much of your time designing, specifying, and guiding the implementation of scalable solutions for our internal developers and engineering teams.

What you'll do
  • Translate business and product requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Design, document, and lead cross-system implementations (Salesforce, HRIS, Finance, etc.)
  • Own and manage end-to-end MIS (Management Information Systems) solutions—from requirements to delivery and support
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in Finance, HR, GTM, R&D, and more
  • Work closely with MIS engineering and integration teams to drive execution
  • Contribute to AI-powered initiatives using orchestration frameworks and automation tools
  • Support data architecture, process automation, and solution scalability
What you bring
  • 3+ years of experience as an IT Analyst or Technical Business Analyst
  • Strong hands-on skills in SQL – queries, optimization, data design
  • Understanding of internal business domains: Finance, HR, CRM, Legal
  • Track record managing cross-team technical projects or system integrations
  • Familiarity with AI-driven tools or orchestration platforms is a big plus
  • Structured approach to process modeling, data flows, and documentation
  • Fluent English
