Legal Assistance Lawyer

Job Description:

We are Legal Assistance, a team dedicated to supporting our clients in need of legal help. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic lawyer to join our team. The position is suitable for both recent graduates and experienced legal professionals.

• Providing assistance to our clients within the framework of legal assistance/protection insurance, primarily under Czech law
• Drafting legal opinions on a variety of topics
• Handling legal matters in areas such as consumer disputes, contract disputes, damages compensation, labor law, leases, inheritance, road traffic law, internet crime, contract review, and others.
• Communicating actively in both Czech and English
• Recovering recourse claims on behalf of the employer and its contractual partners
• Supporting other departments within the company by offering legal expertise in complex cases, particularly in travel insurance and other insurance claims

What you'll bring:

• A candidate who has completed or is about to complete a Master's degree from a Faculty of Law in the Czech Republic
• Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level (written communication required); knowledge of German (or other language) is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex and seemingly unsolvable tasks
• A communicative personality who enjoys client interaction and customer care
• A detail-oriented person who respects internal rules and procedures
