Job Description:

What you'll be doing:
  • Manage client requests and provide information and assistance based on policy conditions.
  • Resolve legal protection and cyber crime cases based on predefined templates (no legal education needed).
  • Create and manage legal cases - collecting documentation, filing claims, settling cases out of court, communicating with advocate.
  • Study available documents, assess the coverage of cases according to insurance conditions and propose payment of corresponding insurance benefits.
  • Handle correspondence relating to cases.
  • Updating Legal Assistance methodologies and procedures.
  • Resolve recourses cases among insurance companies and against the guilty party.
  • Creating basic reports and statistics.
  • Provide legal support to assistance platforms, cooperating with them.

What you'll bring:

  • Fluent in English and Czech
  • Great communication skills
  • Customer orientation and empathy
  • Stress-resistance
  • Ability to work independently
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel
