HLEDÁME QUALITY MANAGEMENT REPRESENTATIVE (QMR)

BioLife Plazma Centrum – Ostrava/Karviná

Přidejte se k týmu BioLife (součást skupiny Takeda) a hrajte klíčovou roli v zajištění bezpečnosti a kvality našich plazmatických produktů. Jako QMR budete mít odpovědnost za celý systém řízení kvality našeho centra v Ostravě a spolupracovat na CZ a EU projektech.

Vaše role v týmu

Jako Quality Management Representative (QMR) budete zodpovědná/ý za řízení systému kvality v rámci plazma centra v Ostravě a také se podílet na regionálních a EU projektech. Vaším cílem bude zajištění souladu s regulačními požadavky, interními standardy a neustálé zlepšování procesů, které mají přímý dopad na kvalitu a bezpečnost našich produktů.

Co bude Vaší každodenní náplní práce?

  • Řízení procesů kvality dle standardů GMP, GDP a EHS
  • Vedení dokumentace a podpora týmu při řešení: odchylky, stížnosti, CAPA, řízená dokumentace, změnová řízení
  • Příprava měsíčních přehledů, statistik a zpráv o kvalitě
  • Kontrola logbooků, dodávek plazmy a certifikátů analýzy
  • Spolupráce na validacích, re-kalibracích, re-kvalifikacích zařízení a procesů
  • Propouštění materiálu pro odběr plasmy
  • Propouštění přístrojů do rutinního provozu
  • Podpora při interních i externích auditech a inspekcích

Provozní a podpůrné činnosti:

  • Pravidelné GMP prohlídky, hygienické a EHS kontroly
  • Školení zaměstnanců v oblasti kvality a compliance
  • Spolupráce s vedením centra na zlepšování procesů
  • Kontrola kvality analytických zařízení (např. krevních analyzátorů)
  • Dohled nad mikrobiologickým monitoringem, zacházením s odpady a bezpečností práce

Koho hledáme?

  • Máte vzdělání v oboru biologie, chemie, farmacie, zdravotnictví nebo technické zaměření - preferujeme VŠ s praxí v oblasti kvality nebo jištění jakosti (ideálně na manažerské pozici); u SŠ s maturitou požadujeme alespoň 5 let praxe v QA ve farmacii nebo regulovaném prostředí
  • Máte zkušenost s kvalitou v regulovaném prostředí (např. výroba léčiv, laboratoř, GMP provoz)
  • Umíte pracovat přesně, systematicky a máte cit pro detail
  • Zvládáte základy analýzy dat, dokumentace a rizikového managementu
  • Komunikujete v angličtině minimálně na úrovni B2 (slovem i písmem)
  • Jste týmový hráč s přirozenou autoritou a ochotou učit se novým věcem
