We are seeking a skilled Paid Marketing Specialist with expertise in crypto, blockchain, and Web3 advertising. In this role, you will plan, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns to increase brand visibility, attract qualified users, and drive measurable growth. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure campaigns are aligned with company goals while navigating the unique compliance challenges of crypto marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok, and crypto-specific ad networks.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Implement tracking systems (UTMs, pixels, custom events) to monitor performance across both Web2 and Web3 journeys.
• Stay compliant with crypto and financial advertising policies and find creative, ethical ways to work within platform limitations.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and minimize acquisition costs.
• Manage advertising budgets and ensure efficient allocation of spend across channels.
• Provide performance reports, insights, and recommendations for ongoing improvement.
• Stay updated on new ad formats, industry tools, and blockchain marketing trends to keep campaigns competitive.
• Collaborate with the growth, content, and community teams to integrate paid campaigns into the broader marketing strategy.

Experience:

• 3+ years of Proven experience as a Paid Marketing Specialist or similar role in crypto, blockchain, or Web3 projects.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and preferably crypto ad networks (e.g., Coinzilla, Bitmedia, Brave Ads).
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, or similar tools.
• Understanding of crypto ad compliance challenges and ability to design compliant yet effective campaigns.
• Solid knowledge of keyword targeting, retargeting, A/B testing, and conversion tracking.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Proficient in analytics tools like GA4, Meta Events Manager, Looker Studio, etc.
• Creative thinker with a knack for A/B testing
• Strong communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments

Level of studies: Diploma, Bachelor or Master Degree in Marketing, Advertising or similar

Language Requirements: Fluent in English
