Job Description:The Junior Marketing specialist implements the annual marketing plan and develops inbound strategies for sales leads.
Key tasks include maintaining local contacts, supporting business development, and managing social media and the budget.

• Designs and operationalizes the annual marketing and communications plan for the region, mapping the activities by target audience and set according to defined calendar and quantified goals by target group.
• Develop and execute marketing inbound strategies to generate sales leads and drive revenue growth for both industrial and office portfolio and co-working space.
• Maintains network of local contacts, such as agencies, journalists, media, production companies, speakers, event organizers and others.
• Supports local Business Development team in external communications with local public and media, organizing events and public speaking, profiling CTP in the region.
• Supporting organization of tenants' and community events and facilitates improving relationships with external stakeholders incl. universities and local and regional authorities.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of company products, services, and target markets to inform marketing strategies and messaging.
• Creates, maintains, and analyses social media channel (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), and other inbound/outbound activities for the purpose of commercial leads management, supporting business developers.
• Creates and/or adapt presentational materials, including both commercial and corporate messaging, research outcomes, market data and strategic information.
• Sets up the yearly budget for approval and tracks spending and effect of activities in order to optimize spending.
