Commercial Product Manager

BETER is a rapidly growing product company. We create competitive content supplemented with analytics. For more than 5 years, we have been organizing sports tournaments, broadcasts, and developing our own sports community. We hold 45+ thousand events per month in esports and classic sports. BETER products are known all over the world - our content is represented in 150+ countries.
Our current partners are the world's most famous trading giants.
We're looking for a Commercial Product Manager to strengthen our Commercial team. This role will provide critical support to the CRO, Head of Commercials, and Head of Account Management, ensuring smooth project execution, client onboarding, and alignment between Commercial and Product teams.
Responsibilities:
- Support CRO, Head of Commercials, and Head of Account Management with project planning and execution.
- Join important meetings to understand the client onboarding processes and challenges.
- Act as a bridge between Commercial and Product teams (Esports, Sports, Platform).
- Prepare and track project timelines, action items, and follow-ups across teams.
- Step in as a substitute for leadership when required.
- What We're Looking For
- Industry Knowledge: Background in iGaming (Sportsbook, Esports, Platform). SaaS or digital product experience also considered.
- Product Acumen: Understanding of the product lifecycle and how strategy ties to client and business goals.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Experience aligning multiple departments and managing competing priorities.
- Client Understanding: Ability to quickly identify client needs during onboarding and account management.
- Commercial Support: Prior experience in commercial, sales, or client-facing environments.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project planning and coordination.
- Familiarity with iGaming, SaaS, or digital product industries.
- Strong client-facing experience.
- Knowledge of project tools (Jira, Trello), CRM systems (Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot), Google Workspace, and MS Office.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
