Your Role: Commercial Operations Specialist

As a Commercial Operations Specialist, you will be part of the Commercial team to support sales and marketing through effective data management and administrative support. In this role, you'll be responsible for advanced use of Microsoft Excel, CRM system maintenance, and SAP process management.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations and administrative support, including vendor relationships.
  • Serve as CRM Data Officer, ensuring data integrity for reliable business insights.
  • Collect, update, and analyze sales data, including accruals and promotional performance.
  • Support sales and marketing teams with finance-related tasks and marketing initiatives.
  • Handle SAP processes for PO creation, invoice processing, and vendor management.

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):

  • High School Diploma / GED
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Experience working with CRM and ERP systems (such as SAP)
