This role is part of Alcon's Sales & Sales Support function, a team that helps provide access to products across all channels in an effort to drive customer satisfaction with eye care professionals to help people see brilliantly.

The Associate, Customer Service (Professional Path) is primarily responsible for independently delivering administrative services locally and globally, ensuring service levels meet site requirements. You will guide and support team members and associates on departmental processes and handle administrative projects with defined tasks and timelines.

In this role, a typical day will include:

Communication with customers – order processing, delivery time, complaints, product information Processing orders from the customers – e-mail ,phone, fax

Processing of returns/price corrections + keeping evidence

Processing of marketing programs and sales offers

Customer claims processing, keeping claims records and administrative work ( mailing, files keeping ) Support to field force – sales information, samples, marketing materials

Communication with planning, warehouse, finance dpt, courier companies

CN/Returns checks, releasing, price and partners information checks

BO reporting, tracking and communication to customers and internal Stakeholders

Communication with CDA, managing new customers creation/customer changes, with correct approval flow
