Your Responsibilities:

  • Build and customize Microsoft Copilot solutions across Microsoft 365.
  • Utilize Microsoft Graph and REST APIs for secure, enterprise-ready integrations.
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to prototype and deliver new features.
  • Ensure solutions align with security and compliance standards like RBAC and encryption.

What We Are Looking For:Mandatory Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in software development or a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Copilot solutions, Microsoft Graph, and REST APIs.
  • Proficiency in Azure AI/OpenAI and LLMs, as well as prompt engineering knowledge.
  • Skilled in Power Platform tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
  • Programming expertise in C#, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Proven ability in data handling, pipeline structures, and data governance.
  • Strong understanding of security and compliance requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with M365 add-in development (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).
  • Knowledge of RAG patterns for Copilot.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, including GitHub Actions and CI/CD in Azure DevOps.
  • Experience in Enterprise IT environments like Active Directory, Intune, and SharePoint.

  • Ability to translate business requirements into working prototypes effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills with both business and technical teams.
  • Curiosity and aptitude for quickly adopting new Microsoft AI features.
  • Team player who enjoys experimenting, learning, and sharing knowledge.
