Your new role: The Scanning Processor executes the day to day activities associated with incoming mail, invoice scanning and archiving. He/she would be a member of the Shared Services in Prague.

What you'll be doing in your new role:

• AP generic mailbox administration and input of vendor invoices in AP Invoice tracker including paper invoices scanning.

• Printing of AR intercompany invoices from Oracle.

• Vendor Master Data support.

• OCR implementation assistance.

The individual:

• Strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills.

• Strong written and verbal skills enabling effective communication with all levels of management.

• Fluent in written and spoken English and an additional European language.

• Strong organizational skills required to coordinate and manage across multiple organizations, processes and initiatives.

• Experience working in a Global Shared Service Center a plus.

• Proficiency in Excel.

• Experience working in a multicultural environment a plus.

This position is offered as a fixed-term and part-time contract for six months, with the potential for extension.

The role is based in Prague, Czech Republic.
