What you'll build

As a Procurement Operations Associate you will support purchasing processes and act as a support center for strategic and local purchasing as well as act as the interface to Finance & Accounting

Tasks include

• Participation in various projects like testing, standardization and optimalization initiatives
• Direct discussions with key suppliers addressing the current pain points
• Purchase orders management and processing
• Vendor master management
• End-user support
• Supplier communication and support (Helpdesk via email and live-chat)
• Communication with purchasing and accounting departments
