We do implementation of SuccessFactors – modern HR cloud solution and development of own applications to cover needs of our customers. We have already delivered many projects of various size for customers in the Czech Republic as well as abroad. As demand for our services grows, so does our company. Therefore, we are looking for a new colleague into our Development team for the position of Senior Application Developer. 

Responsibilities and Duties 

After the initial training, you will be responsible for: 

  • Testing and evaluating our current HR-focused applications (e.g., shift planning, travel management, e-taxes) 
  • Debugging reported issues, resolving bugs, and identifying possible improvements  
  • Actively supporting application releases throughout the year 
  • Owning and maintaining technical documentation for our applications 
  • Collaborating with colleagues to continuously propose and implement new technical and process solutions for our customers 

Long term, you will be responsible for: 

  • Designing and developing new web applications (end-to-end, including backend) using React and TypeScript for both Czech and international clients 
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance existing applications (e.g., shift planning, travel management) and implementing those improvements 
  • Analyzing client requests for enhancements and evaluating their impact on current solutions 
  • Maintaining and upgrading our existing suite of HR applications 
  • Working closely with the product owner to design and architect new features and solutions
Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, and modern web development frameworks 
  • Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles 
  • Basic knowledge of (backend development experience is a plus) 
  • Exposure to or experience with databases (relational or NoSQL) 
  • Fluency in Czech (or Slovak) and English 
  • Valid work permit to work in the Czech Republic
