Job Summary

The position of CX Account Specialist will be located in the European Shared Service Centre (SSC) in Brno, Czech Republic.  CX Account Specialist's primary tasks a related to first class customer support in terms of providing quotes and orders as well as supporting resolution of any issue related to the customer to cash invoice process with the relevant team. CX Account Specialist will report to the Supervisor Custom-er Experience.

Responsibilities

  • Customer experience: Managing assigned customer portfolio. Supporting customers with quotes and orders, answering, and coordinating customer requests 
  • Customer relationship: Building knowledge about the customers, keeping records in Salesforce CRM system
  • Salesforce: Managing cases in Salesforce CRM system
  • Cooperation with other departments: Active cooperation with other customer experience and other teams
  • Supporting the team: Supporting the team with back-ups of other customer portfolios if necessary
  • Supporting continuous improvement culture: Playing a critical part in continuous improvement of team culture and customer satisfaction

Basic Qualifications

Communicative level of English and FrenchExcellent communication skills are crucialSecondary/University EducationPC literacy (MS Office)SAP/Salesforce/Oracle or other CRM system experience is an advantage

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements

Fully site based, flexible working, hybrid model, up to 50% home office

Key Competencies
