Join our international team in Athens, helping travelers navigate their booking needs. You'll use your Czech and English skills to provide support and solve problems with empathy and precision.

Responsibilities:

  • Offer guidance to customers on travel bookings, changes, or cancellations.
  • Answer questions and handle issues via chat, email, or phone.
  • Keep records and case notes up to date.
  • Represent our customer-first culture every day.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Czech and English.
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
  • Valid EU work permit or residence card.
