Jablonec nad Nisou, Liberecký kraj, Czech Republic DEVINN Full time 40,000 - 80,000 per year

We are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to ensure the state-of-the-art of several of our sites and to build a data-driven, modern facilities management solution. We plan to take a proper grip on building management and create a clear record of facilities, mapping documents, online monitoring and unified digital documentation. This will turn responsibilities into a predictable plan - inspections on time, scheduled maintenance and investments under control. We need someone to think about things, find practical solutions and look after our facilities as if they were their own.

What you're gonna do:
  • Technical management and maintenance of our premises. You'll make sure that all facilities, technology and infrastructure work as they should.
  • You ensure that inspections are carried out on time, dedicated equipment is managed according to legislation and preventive maintenance has a clear plan.
  • Projects and investments. You will prepare and supervise reconstruction, new building construction and technical projects. From planning to contractor selection to final implementation.
  • You will set processes and standards for facility management throughout the organisation. You'll be given a list of areas to manage, and you'll build it into a working system. Don't worry, it's not a leap in the water. You'll be mentored by a colleague who will explain everything in detail.
  • You will work closely with our CEO to plan the infrastructure development of both our campuses.
  • You will help us with digitalization and implementation of modern asset management tools (CAFM systems, GIS, IoT, BIM).
What we need from you:
  • University/university degree in construction or technical field.
  • Experience in facility management, building management or technical administration.
  • Ability to manage a team and contractors, be able to set priorities, plan and communicate information clearly.
  • Experience with maintenance planning, budgets and investments.
  • A proactive approach, independence, responsibility and the ability to think strategically.
  • If you have experience with CAFM systems, are familiar with BIM, CDE and have an understanding of GIS principles and IoT technologies, this is definitely an advantage.
What we offer:
  • Ability to build and manage modern asset and technology management.
  • An independent and responsible position with a direct impact on the development of the company.
  • Work with modern technologies and systems.
  • Company car with the possibility of using it for private purposes.
