Data scientist

As a Data Scientist, part of Customer Value Management team, you will create future of B2B customer value management by having access to a vast amount of data, where you will explore and search for opportunities to drive customer value. 

• Collection and analysis of data about our customers from all available sources
• Transformation of data into decision drivers
•  Reports creation and development
• Prediction of cross-sell and up-sell of services, analysis of customer data, prediction of customer behaviour
• Close cooperation with sales channel management to drive customer value
• Machine learning to identify opportunities and create campaigns
• Evaluation of business impact of campaigns
• Daily work with programming languages such as R, Python and SQL

• Knowledge of SQL, machine learning and AI
• Business approach, capability of understanding and developing the needs of internal customers
• Enthusiasm for data and analytics
• Skills in Docker, Kubernetes, GIT, MLOPs are a big plus
• Languages: Native (C2 level) in Czech and Upper-intermediate (B2 level) in English
• Knowledge of visualization methods and tools is an advantage
• Team spirit with an ability work on a variety of analytical projects.
• Ability to work on their own, with "out of the box" thinking
