Product owner of Analytics

About the Role

We are looking for a Product owner in data, analytics, and artificial intelligence to drive the AI agenda across the B2C business of one of Europe's largest telecom brands.

As the product owner of Analytics & AI, you will shape and execute the company's AI vision — from identifying new opportunities to developing and commercializing state-of-the-art AI business applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the AI strategy and roadmap aligned with overall business goals
• Identify and develop AI-driven business opportunities across multiple domains
• Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of AI platforms and products
• Drive project delivery using agile methodologies and best practices
• Establish AI/ML model quality assurance and commercialization frameworks
• Oversee AI automation and data pipeline initiatives
• Collaborate closely with business leaders and stakeholders across functions
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team of data scientists and data engineers

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in analytics leadership or in leading data-driven commercial functions
• Proven track record in AI/ML, data analytics, or big data projects
• Strong leadership experience across cross-functional and complex organizations
• Solid foundation in mathematics, statistics, and business analytics
• Ability to connect business strategy with technology execution
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Passion for building a data-driven, innovation-oriented culture
• Czech language at a fluent level
