Strategic Accounts Executive

We're looking for our new Strategic Accounts Executive to strengthen our partnerships with key customers in Asia. At EmbedIT, we believe in moving forward, so we make sure our clients get the best out of our services.

This is not a hunting role – instead, you'll focus on accelerating real progress with our existing customers. Your mission? To nurture relationships, uncover new opportunities, and grow business with our current client base.

Most of our customers are based in Asia, so your work and travel will be strongly focused on this region (up to 50% of your time spent travelling).

What you'll be doing

• Manage customer relationships – Build and maintain strong partnerships with one or more customers, while working closely with all customer-facing teams at EmbedIT.
• Act as a customer advocate – Represent customer needs internally and make sure every department responds with the right quality of service.
• Become a trusted advisor – Share insights about emerging technologies, build credibility, and strengthen long-term relationships.
• Consultative selling – Translate customer needs into solutions across software engineering, product management, and infrastructure services. You'll create and deliver strategic account plans to grow and retain your assigned clients.
• Travel in Asia – Expect regular customer visits and business trips (up to 50% of your time).

What you'll need

• Experience in a similar role — leading and developing strategy around big accounts, from similar perspective as we do from EmbedIT - this is the background we are looking for
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect across all levels of an organization.
• Strong presentation, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• A general understanding of sales best practices.
• Ability to stay organized and perform well under pressure in a dynamic, ever-changing environment.
• Previous customer-facing delivery experience is a plus.
• Fluent English and Czech is a must
• Willingness to travel extensively (up to 50%) and genuine interest in Asian markets — this is where your main focus will be.
