As we grow geographically and among partners, our team needs to grow as well. We are looking for a Freelance Talent Acquisition manager with experience in closing Affiliate/ Media Buy's positions.
You already have:
- 2+ years of experience in product IT company or marketing/recruitment agency;
- High-level skills in searching and interviewing candidates;
- Excellent track records in hiring candidates for the following departments: Marketing, Product, BizDev, Analytics, Finance;
- Experience in recruitment in Europe;
- Intermediate level of English;
Your tasks:
- Actively source candidates;
- Cooperate directly with the Recruitment Lead;
- Conducting initial screening;
- Sending candidates' CVs with a cover letter for review;
- Recruit Business candidates (marketing, product, analytics, bizdev, finance etc).
