We are looking for a Digital Marketing Content Editor to strengthen our online presence and increase visibility of our brands, ultimately generating leads for the Compressor Technique Business Area (CTBA). Working closely with divisions, product managers, and stakeholders, you will create and optimize content that showcases the value proposition and competitive advantages of Atlas Copco Group's products and services

Mission of the role

Your mission is to build, optimize, and scale high-quality digital content that educates, attracts, and converts our target audience, positioning Atlas Copco CTBA as a true market leader.

Your responsibilities

• Help build content that educates, attracts, and converts our target audience and establishes Atlas Copco Compressor Technique Business Area as a market leader
• Build and maintain web pages, ensuring content follows our brand guidelines, tone of voice, and value proposition
• Use analytics and audits to track content performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders
• Maintain and update our content management system
• Edit, refine, and optimize content for clarity, engagement, SEO, and alignment with brand guidelines
• Use AI and automation tools to support content generation, modification, and scaling efforts
• Monitor keyword rankings, search trends, and competitive benchmarks.
• Collaborate across cultures, divisions, communication and marketing teams to ensure consistency in messaging and overall strategy

Job Location: preferably Brno, Prague after the discussion

Hybrid model: 2 days in the office / week

Your Profile

Passionate about creating meaningful digital content that drives results. You have passion for SEO as well as enthusiastic about leveraging emerging technologies, including generative AI. This role requires collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders, and you will be responsible for bringing creativity, structure, and accountability to your work.

Qualifications and skills

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication or related field, or 4+ years of relevant job experience
• Excellent knowledge of English (additional language/s, preferably Spanish, is a plus)
• Proven experience in SEO, content optimization, or digital editorial roles

• Passion for content: Ability to research, write, edit, and optimize engaging and persuasive content for various digital channels and formats with attention to detail

• Experience with web content management systems (f.e. AEM or others), web analytics tools (e.g., Google Search Console, GA4, Semrush and/or Ahrefs) and marketing automation platforms

• Understanding of content marketing metrics and analytics, and ability to use data and feedback to measure and improve the performance

• Willingness to develop product and market knowledge of compressors and compressor technologies
• Familiarity with generative AI tools and a keen interest in emerging content technologies
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
