Identify friction points and prioritize based on business impact using structured frameworks (PIE, ICE).Design & Run Experiments: Plan, implement, and manage A/B and multivariate tests end-to-end from hypothesis definition to variant development and post-test analysis. Collaborate with UX, Dev, and Product teams to deploy clean, validated experiments.Analyze & Communicate: Extract actionable insights from analytics dashboards (GA4, Mixpanel, Looker Studio). Present findings with clarity and influence decision-making at the highest level.Optimize User Experience: Combine quantitative data (heatmaps, session recordings, analytics) with qualitative feedback (user tests, surveys) to improve flow, trust, and engagement across key funnels.Systemize Growth Learnings: Build and maintain a central CRO knowledge base documenting test hypotheses, outcomes, and learnings.
