Field of activity
You will be responsible for leading the Account Management Team of Deutsche Börse Prague Branch and report into the Organisational Services Team of Deutsche Börse AG in Eschborn.
The team will collaborate closely with experts across the entire Deutsche Börse Group, with the business and IT as well as with control functions involved in the entire intercompany contract lifecycle. As a member of a multinational and diverse team, you take care of intercompany contractual relationships among legal entities of Deutsche Börse Group. Thereby you will create lasting working relationships to many teams in global locations. You manage the entire contract lifecycle starting with the analysis of the requirements and support of service scope negotiations between Customer and Supplier through the contract set up to the reconciliation with other internal stakeholders until the signature collection of the legal entities on both sides of the servicing relationship. On top of that you will maintain those contracts during their lifecycle with all related activities within the team's scope. In this job, you will work with state-of-the-art tools, and you will bring in your ideas and creativity to steadily improve the processes and make the journey of contract lifecycle a user-friendly experience.
Tasks/responsibilities
- In this role you will be leading the Account Management Team Prague reporting to you, and you will be responsible for appropriate and regular reporting to Organisational Services Team of Deutsche Börse AG in Eschborn,
- Jointly with your team, you will manage the intercompany contract end-to-end, from creation to the approval process with respective internal Group stakeholders (e.g. Service Provider, Customer, Outsourcing, Accounting, Tax etc.),
- You act as the single point of contact for the responsible legal entities and business owners on intercompany contract related topics,
- Your main task includes the support of internal supplier in definition of service scope, pricing and KPI, to facilitate the alignment between internal customers and suppliers as well as stakeholders in Accounting and Tax,
- You take responsibility for the processing and maintenance of intercompany contracts along the contract lifecycle incl. data quality of services and KPIs in respective tools,
- You take responsibility for adequate and timely creation of reports to executive management and business areas,
- You actively support internal and external audits,
- As a Head of Unit, you actively develop your team into a performant group of professionals, who become an asset for the company as they gain experience in our function
Qualification/required skills
- At least 5 years of professional experience in disciplines such as customer service, account management service, provider management or a comparable function,
- Committed and excited about people management with relevant work experience in the management of teams,
- Very strong and proactive communication skills and a result-oriented working method in a team across different locations,
- Excellent integrated thinking skills between business and technology, coupled with high degree of clients and stakeholder centricity,
- Knowledge about the services delivered by especially by Deutsche Börse Group entities would be preferable,
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power-Apps (e.g. Power BI) is an asset
