We're looking for a Product Coordinator to join our Product Team — the backbone of our product development process. At J2 we design intricate, high-end travel experiences, and every detail matters. What You'll Do

As a Product Coordinator, you'll be involved in the full lifecycle of product creation — from concept to delivery. You will:

  • Facilitate and support the creation of detailed travel products in line with company standards.
  • Track timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks to ensure successful product delivery.
  • Monitor product progress and flag issues early to prevent delays or errors.
  • Communicate updates clearly and consistently to stakeholders and product team members.
  • Assist team members with tasks as needed, contributing to an efficient and collaborative workflow.

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
  • Impeccable organizational skills and a natural ability to prioritize.
  • Razor-sharp attention to detail — you notice the small things that others miss.
  • A genuine comfort with numbers and calculations (budgets, margins, etc.).
