Do našeho týmu hledáme člověka, který se chce rozvíjet na pozici team leadera a v oblasti facility managementu. Současně má organizační schopnosti, je flexibilní a rád řídí auto.

Pozice je vhodná i pro OZP

  • řízení a zabezpečení svěřených úklidových zakázek (vnitřní úklid, venkovní úklid, mimořádné úklidy)
  • řízení pracovníků (od nastavení systému řízení, zadávání úkolů a kontrola jejich plnění)
  • nábory pracovníků na práce vnitřního úklidu, jejich kontrola a zaškolování
  • kontrola kvality prováděných služeb a řešení případných problémů a požadavků
  • komunikace se zákazníkem a zajištění zákaznické spokojenosti (proaktivní přístup k potřebám zákazníka)
  • plnění nastavených ekonomických plánů, návrhy opatření v případě neplnění rozpočtu
  • organizace subdodavatelů z oblasti vnitřního a venkovního úklidu
  • administrativní činnosti (podklady pro fakturaci, cenové nabídky, docházka podřízených, objednávky materiálů atd.)
Požadujeme
  • Ekonomická gramotnost a organizační schopnosti
  • Znalost práce na PC (MS Excel, MS Internet Explorer)
  • min. SŠ s maturitou
  • schopnost rychle se rozhodnout a pohotově jednat
  • velmi dobré komunikativní schopnosti a odpovídající reprezentování společnosti
  • řidičské oprávnění sk. B
  • praxe v oblasti řízení služeb facility managementu min. 2 roky výhodou, ne podmínkou
  • zkušenost s řízením pracovníků výhodou
