Job Overview:

As the Marketing Manager in Prague, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic, increase brand awareness, and enhance customer engagement at our market in Prague, Andel. You will work closely with the management team to create and execute marketing plans that align with the market's objectives and contribute to its growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with senior management (Marketing Director, local General Manager) to develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the market's goals and objectives.

  • Brand Management: Maintain and strengthen the market's brand identity through consistent messaging, visual representation, and customer experience.

  • Digital Marketing: Oversee all digital marketing efforts, including website management, social media campaigns, email marketing, and online advertising to increase online visibility and drive customer engagement.

  • Content Creation: Collaborate with external Content Creators to launch compelling and relevant content for various marketing channels, including social media posts, blog articles, newsletters, and offline print, promotional materials. Occasionally capture day to day content to support real time social media presence.

  • Event Promotion: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote special events and collaborations hosted at Manifesto Market Andel to attract visitors and enhance the overall guest experience.

  • Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with market restaurant partners, local businesses, influencers, and organizations to amplify marketing efforts and reach new audiences.

  • Budget Management: Utilize and track budget allocated, report on spending.

  • Spend the majority of your working days in the market, working closely with the operations team to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with the overall customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in marketing management is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics including social media, and email marketing.
  • Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to translate ideas into actionable plans.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Fluency in Czech and English is required.
