About Us

Acrum, a subsidiary of Traffic Label, leverages cutting-edge technologies to manage marketing campaigns and scale advertising strategies. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to join our ambitious team.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in email marketing (mandatory).
  • Background in iGaming / online casino / sports betting (mandatory – must understand industry compliance, player lifecycle, and promotions).
  • Hands-on experience with ESP platforms (SendGrid, Elastic Email, Brevo, DotDigital, or similar).
  • Ability to manage multiple domains and websites simultaneously.
  • Experience planning and executing mailing calendars (daily, weekly, monthly).
  • Ability to set up campaigns manually (list uploads, segmentation, testing, scheduling).
  • Experience working with designers (briefing, approving creatives, ensuring brand alignment).
  • Strong copywriting/content adaptation skills – ability to generate engaging content in English and other languages (knowledge of additional languages is a plus) using ChatGPT or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of email deliverability basics (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, warming IPs, avoiding spam triggers).
  • Analytical mindset to track KPIs (deliverability, open rate, CTR, conversion, revenue).
  • Ability to produce structured monthly reports with insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in large-scale operations.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Fluency in English (B1+). Additional languages are a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email template editing.
  • Experience with automation flows, A/B testing, and segmentation strategies.
  • Familiarity with GDPR and responsible marketing practices.
  • Understanding of affiliate marketing KPIs (FTDs, CR%, EPC, ROI).
