HR Specialist, Payroll

Job Description

We're looking for a new colleague to join our HR team. In this role, you'll take care of payroll documentation, employee benefits, and everyday HR administration. If you enjoy precision, working with data, and helping colleagues, this role could be a great fit for you.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Preparing payroll documentation and ensuring data accuracy
• Managing the attendance and time-tracking system
• Coordinating employee benefits (meal vouchers, allowances, benefit cards, etc.)
• Maintaining employee records and supporting HR processes
• Providing HR-related support and communication to employees
• Ensuring compliance with internal and legal requirements

We're looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in HR (experience with payroll is an advantage)
• Is comfortable working with MS Office, especially Excel
• Pays attention to detail, works independently, and can be relied on
• Communicates clearly and has a supportive, team-oriented approach
