What you'll be doing:
  • Handling phone calls with clients who need medical assistance, finding the nearest hospital, or arranging transportation.
  • Being part of a stable team that provides support to our clients in Poland.
  • Logging client cases into the system and handling related administrative tasks (processing documents related to insurance claims, assessing travel insurance cases).
  • Providing diverse assistance to people in difficult situations.
  • Using English occasionally.

What you'll bring:

  • Completed secondary education with a school-leaving examination
  • Native-level proficiency in Polish
  • Communicative knowledge of English at B2 level.
  • Experience working with computers and internet browsers.
  • Ability to provide high-level customer care.
  • An advantage would be knowledge of another foreign language and experience in telephone communication.
