Purpose of the Role:

We are recruiting for a Data Quality Specialist to join our dynamic and evolving Data & Analytics team within the Global Sales Operations function. You will be a key stakeholder in the transformation journey of Keyloop CRM data, reviewing our account-base and cleansing, de-duplicating and improving to enable sales efficiency.

You will be responsible for tackling data challenges and actioning updates, being a key stakeholder in consulting and advising the business on best practice with data. As a Data Quality Specialist, you will continuously improve and review internal processes, aiming for automation and efficiency gains. You will support the Data & Analytics team by reviewing completed work and supporting team members with projects and process flows.

The team's areas of responsibilities include Data Quality, Data Analysis and Enrichment, Reporting & Dashboards, CRM Data Management and supporting stakeholders with an array of challenges. Our work enables and accelerates our growth strategy by providing our stakeholders with accurate, up-to-date and targeted data and information that allows us to make informed decisions. The aim is to have the leading, most comprehensive database in the industry with accurate and high-quality information that will allow the business to perform and achieve.

Role Responsibilities:
    • Manage the data health of our CRM, ensuring stakeholders can make informed decisions with unique, valuable data.
  • Review, de-duplicate and improve our existing account-base and associated datasets.
  • Qualify data and feed sales with actionable accounts that drive new business growth and positively impact the sales journey.
  • Support and consult cross-functional teams and stakeholders on a range of data related topics.
  • Develop and implement business strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Drive & implement initiatives and projects to improve business performance and efficiency.
  • Conduct regular data quality checks and audits to identify anomalies, inconsistencies, and errors.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on key team initiatives and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance data, reporting and analytics.
  • Develop strong relationships with colleagues to support with data challenges and provide insight.
Skills / Knowledge & Experience:
    • 2+ years' experience with data qualification and processing.
  • 2+ years' experience with the Salesforce lightning CRM.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
  • A proven track record of delivering projects and initiatives within given time frames.
  • Experience in supporting stakeholders with data challenges.
  • Excellent analytical skills to pro-actively tackle challenges.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Accurate with strong attention to detail.
  • Independent worker that can effectively prioritise and manage time.
  • Positive attitude to work and change.
Nice to have:
    • Certification in data management or data quality (e.g. DAMA Certified Data Management Professional) is a plus.
