
Compliance Program Manager

You will drive selected compliance agendas (sanctions, export controls, ABC, competition) and use your expertise to deliver rapid, business-oriented support while guarding against regulatory, fraud and reputational risk.
What you'll doCompliance excellence
- Stay up-to-date on sanctions, export control, ABC, and competition regulations.
- Foster a cohesive compliance culture across different time zones.
- Mentor colleagues on the risks and resolve their compliance questions and issues.
- Drive awareness and improvements, and foster self-service resources.
- Continually refine protocols and workflows, driving the adoption of AI and automation and enabling data-driven improvements.
- Provide expert input on strategic projects (M&A, partnerships, market expansion) and higher risk transactions (customers, due diligence, assessments, etc.).
- Identify material risks and advise senior stakeholders on mitigation strategies.
- Work closely with the Legal, Sales, Procurement, Finance, Security, Product, Marketing, and HR teams.
- Serve as the go-to escalation point for sensitive requests and transactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors on cross-border reviews and compliance initiatives.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in EU and US international trade compliance, ideally in a global tech or software environment.
- An understanding of the software industry, technology, and AI risks and requirements.
- A pragmatic, agile mindset with a focus on enabling business.
- Fluent English – other languages are a bonus.
- Integrity and accountability – You lead by example, with ethics at your core.
- Clarity and support – You make complex issues clear, actionable, and manageable.
