About the Job 

As a Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating projects and initiatives within the organization to ensure they align with the strategic goals and objectives.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage resources, timelines, and budgets, ensuring successful delivery of programs. Your role will involve identifying risks, implementing mitigation strategies, and communicating progress to stakeholders.

What you do

Lead and manage program teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, and budgets.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.Identify and manage program risks, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.Communicate program status, progress, and issues to stakeholders.Ensure programs align with organizational goals and objectives.Drive continuous improvement in program management processes.

What you bring

Proven experience in program management, with a track record of successful program delivery.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Experience with program management tools and methodologies.Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use.
