Hledáme posilu pro řízení logistiky a dopravy napříč pěti evropskými zeměmi.

Do našeho týmu hledáme někoho, kdo převezme odpovědnost za řízení a optimalizaci logistických toků. Hlavním úkolem bude zajištění hladkého a efektivního přesunu zboží od dodavatelů do centrálního skladu (inbound) a dále do distribučních center v jednotlivých zemích (outbound).

Tato role je klíčová pro dostupnost produktů, plynulost provozu a rozvoj celé logistické sítě. Spolupráce s týmy nákupu, supply chainu a private labelu přinese možnost podílet se na zlepšování procesů i strategickém plánování napříč firmou.

Co bude náplní práce:

  • Řízení celého toku zboží: od inbound přepravy z výrobních závodů do centrálního skladu až po outbound distribuci do fulfillment center v pěti zemích.
  • Tvorba a zavádění strategií, které propojují inbound a outbound logistiku s cílem zvýšit provozní efektivitu a snížit náklady.
  • Plánování přepravních kapacit podle aktuálních požadavků trhu.
  • Spolupráce s lokálními týmy a dalšími odděleními na zajištění dostupnosti produktů napříč regiony.
  • Vyjednávání smluv a podmínek s dopravci s důrazem na kvalitu a cenovou výhodnost.
  • Sledování výkonu logistiky, identifikace neefektivit a návrhy na zlepšení služeb i nákladovosti.

Požadavky na Vás:

  • Pratické zkušenosti s řízením logistiky a přepravy, ideálně v mezinárodním prostředí.
  • Velmi dobrá znalost češtiny a angličtiny – obě využijete při každodenní komunikaci.
  • Schopnost vnímat logistiku strategicky i detailně, analytické myšlení a orientace na řešení.
  • Samostatnost, spolehlivost a schopnost efektivní spolupráce napříč týmy.
