Position Summary
Role and Responsibilities
In this newly created role, you will have an exciting opportunity to help us expand our business potential and build strong relationships with our customers and designers in Prague and the Bohemia region. If you're seeking a new challenge where you can combine your technical expertise with frequent interactions with our customers and designers, this role is perfect for you
What you will be doing:
Develop and enhance comprehensive product knowledge of System Air-conditions, Room Air-conditions, and Heat pumps
Prepare detailed, customized presentations, pricing, and proposals to meet customer and designer requirements
Ensure transparent and effective pricing strategies while clearly communicating product strengths and limitations
Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities and partnerships across Prague and the Bohemia region
Regularly update stakeholders on product innovations and services, actively participate in review meetings, and provide technical and promotional support as needed
Collaborate closely with the Czech and Slovak team as well as the European headquarters in Amsterdam to ensure seamless operations and aligned business goals
Skills and Qualifications
Who we are looking for:
Bachelor's degree/Master's degree from a technical university
3-5 years' experience in a similar role within the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) sector
Proficiency in IT tools (MS Office, with focus on MS PowerPoint and Excel), understanding of technical drawings, and Autocad knowledge
Fluent Czech and intermediate English to effectively communicate and discuss work-related topics
Capable of managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, even under tight deadlines
Outstanding customer relationship and networking skills
Willing to travel frequently (Driving license B required)
