We're looking for ambitious, driven, and people-oriented Sales Trainees to join our team in Prague. This is a full-time or part-time opportunity for recent graduates or young professionals who want to launch their career in sales at a fast-growing, mission-led company transforming the future of underwear and period care.

What you will be involved in

You will gain hands-on experience across key areas of our sales organization, including:

  • B2B Sales & Wholesale Partnerships
  • Marketplace & E-commerce Sales
  • Sales Operations
  • New Business Development
  • Key Account Support

What you will do

  • Support sales managers in day-to-day operations and partner onboarding
  • Prepare and update reports, data summaries, and performance insights
  • Assist with order processing, invoicing, and EDI coordination
  • Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to manage shipments and samples
  • Help with preparing pitches, proposals, and sales materials
  • Conduct market and competitor research
  • Support organisation of events and trade activities
